Rejuvenating the site of the former Sears store that had gone dormant for years, Rush North & Harlem brings urgent care, primary care, multiple specialties, imaging services and a community pharmacy to an area where access to high-quality care has historically been limited.

- Skip the line with mobile check-in. Patients can use two-way text or the My Rush app for a smooth arrival
- Real-time text notifications if your provider is running behind
- Rush Urgent Care wait time display on the My Rush mobile app and MyChart website
- Rush Urgent Care "On My Way" feature to let patients join the urgent care line before arriving and provides text notifications as your place in line and estimated wait time changes
- The "Let's Go" feature will provide driving instructions with ride share integration that will transition to step-by-step indoor navigation upon arrival at Rush North & Harlem

Rush North & Harlem will begin seeing patients on July 1 on the first floor diagnostic suites and on July 7 in all areas of the clinic including diagnostics, urgent care and all clinical offices on the second and third floors.
