Rush North & Harlem to Open to Patients, Expanding Access to Care

Rush North & Harlem

Primary and specialty care access has been significantly expanded for northwest Chicago and near west communities as Rush opens its new 61,000-square-foot location: Rush North & Harlem

Rejuvenating the site of the former Sears store that had gone dormant for years, Rush North & Harlem brings urgent care, primary care, multiple specialties, imaging services and a community pharmacy to an area where access to high-quality care has historically been limited.

鈥淩ush North & Harlem brings many of the most sought-after specialty care services together in a convenient location 鈥 advancing the Rush approach to providing access for patients close to home,鈥 said Dr. Dino Rumoro, president and CEO of Rush Oak Park Hospital.

鈥淭his will be a game-changer for those in need of care from the local Chicago community, as well as the western suburbs, like Oak Park, River Forest and Elmwood Park. This outpatient center is a symbol of Rush's community-centric approach to health care.鈥

鈥淭he 29th Ward is thrilled to welcome Rush North & Harlem to the community,鈥 said Ald. Christopher Taliaferro of the 29th Ward. 鈥淩ush continues to demonstrate its belief that everyone deserves a chance to be healthy. This location is an incredible resource to our residents and beyond who need care that is conveniently located to them.鈥
