Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology ÍÑÒÂÖ±²¥

The Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology practice and laboratory at Rush will be permanently closed as of June 30, 2025. This includes our locations at ÍÑÒÂÖ±²¥, Hinsdale and Oak Lawn. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you need help finding a new health care provider, contact at (877) 324-4483. If you are an existing patient of Rush, please let them know that you were referred by us, allowing you access to quick scheduling at one of Fertility Centers of Illinois' clinic locations.

If you are a patient who was actively receiving reproductive endocrinology and infertility care through Rush, please review the following information:

  • Medical records: You will not have access to the eIVF patient portal as of June 30, 2025. Please call (630) 366-5100 to request a copy of your medical records. We can also send them directly to a new provider upon request and authorization.
  • Specimen storage:  
    • If you opted to cryopreserve and store your specimens, and your embryos were cryopreserved on or after Jan. 1, 2025, or your sperm/ova were cryopreserved on or after April 1, 2025, please sign and return the consent form to victoria_jones@rush.edu. This document authorizes Rush to relocate your specimens on or around June 30, 2025, to the long-term storage facility you selected at the beginning of your fertility care.
    • If you opted to cryopreserve and store your specimens, and your embryos were cryopreserved before Jan. 1, 2025, or your sperm/ova were cryopreserved before April 1, 2025, your specimens will be stored at the facility you selected for long-term storage at the beginning of your care. This will apply as of June 30, 2025. Please reach out directly to your selected long-term storage facility with any questions.  
    • If we do not have clear instructions on record regarding your specimens, we will store your specimens with and will contact you with additional information in the coming months. Rush will follow applicable American Society of Reproductive Medicine guidelines in transferring your specimens for storage.
